Products
- Our products are botanical skincare formulations developed for melanin-rich skin in tropical climates.
- We take care to display product colours, ingredients, and descriptions accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device displays colours precisely.
- Our products are cosmetic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
- We recommend performing a patch test before first use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Please review the full ingredient list, as individual sensitivities and allergies vary.
- All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at any time.
Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract of sale is formed only when we confirm dispatch of the products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required.

- In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently offer delivery to locations within Nigeria. Available delivery options, delivery fees, and estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout.
International delivery may be made available through the Website from time to time. Where international delivery is available, the applicable delivery destination, shipping charges, estimated delivery timeframe, and any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges will be communicated at checkout or before the order is accepted. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene products, opened or used items may not be eligible for return unless faulty or damaged on arrival.
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@marulagreenbeauty.com with your order number and supporting photographs.
- Where a return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable Nigerian consumer protection law.
