At Marula Green Beauty, every product is formulated with care and held to a high standard before it reaches you. We want you to feel confident buying from us. If something is genuinely wrong with your order, we are here to make it right.

Please read this policy carefully, as it explains when a return is possible, how to request one, and what to expect.


Our return window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days cannot be processed.

What can be returned

Because our products are skincare and applied directly to the body, hygiene and safety guide our return rules.

Unopened products
Unopened products in their original, unused condition and original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Opened products
For hygiene reasons, opened products can only be returned if they are:

  • Faulty or defective,
  • Damaged in transit, or
  • Causing a genuine adverse skin reaction.

Opened products cannot be returned for “change of mind,” personal preference, or reasons unrelated to the condition or safety of the product.

What is not eligible for return

To keep our policy fair for everyone, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Opened products returned for change of mind or personal preference.
  • Products that have been substantially used.
  • Products damaged through misuse, improper storage, or handling after delivery.
  • Free gifts, promotional items, and products marked as final sale.

How a resolution is decided

Where a return is approved, Marula Green Beauty will provide one of the following remedies: a refund, a replacement, or store credit.

The remedy offered is determined by Marula Green Beauty based on the nature of the issue. While we welcome your preference, the final resolution is at our discretion. This allows us to respond fairly to each situation.

Adverse skin reactions

Skincare can occasionally affect individuals differently. If you experience a genuine adverse reaction to one of our products, please stop using it immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and, where possible, a photograph. We take reactions seriously and will work with you toward a fair resolution.

We recommend patch-testing any new product before full use. Guidance on how to patch-test is available on each product page.

How to request a return

All return requests are handled by email.

  1. Email us at info@marulagreenbeauty.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, the product name, and the reason for your return.
  3. For faulty, damaged, or reaction-related returns, please attach clear photographs.
  4. Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps.

Please do not send any product back to us before your return has been approved and you have received return instructions. Items sent without prior approval cannot be processed.

Return shipping

Where a return is approved, the product should be returned to us by mail following the instructions our team provides.

Unless the return is due to a fault on our part, a defect, or damage in transit, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect an approved returned product, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within a reasonable period, in line with your bank or payment provider’s timelines.
