Failed or delayed deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed, our delivery partner may attempt redelivery or hold the package for collection, depending on the service used. Additional delivery charges may apply where a repeat delivery attempt is required because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because the recipient was unavailable or unreachable. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund, where appropriate.
